Bad service at SADV BLOCK L SOSHANGUVE

I have been experiencing bad, disgusting humiliation treatment from staff at Soshanguve block L,there's this chubby lady there I think she is a team leader or what.

I doubt if she went under customer service training her and the rest of the staff
