Bad service at its best

Very disappointed with the poor service I’m getting from Vuma sad,I’ve been having problems with my router since Friday , I’ve been sending endlessly Watsapp messages,all they do is to respond after 6/7 hours and tell me I’m being routed to an agent, They don’t want to come check what the problem is They called me once and told me they want to check though the call It still never worked and nothing has been done , I’m paying for nothing
