Bad service and empty promises

Good morning, i had a problem with my easy pay number on friday with it saying account not found, one of your agent said that they going to terminate that one account , so that i can get a new easy pay number ,so i received a sms with the new easy pay number and went to pay ....so i wanted to know when my wifi would be reconnected, they said it would take 2 -48 hours on Saturday, this yesterday morning i got this message but my wifi is still off and im really unhappy because im not able to work because they are reassuring me that it will be sorted soon but it the next day and still not sorted after say that the case has been resolved
