Bad service

Very lousy company. Have been trying to get them to come and check a cable (which they installed in our complex) for 2 weeks now. I phoned 1st and was told to email a photo of the cable which I did. Ever since all they can tell me is that they need an order and about cost. Email not very clear about the cost or where/with whom I have to place an order. I do not have an ISP yet but since the cable was covered with isolation tape by them from the day it was installed, I reckon they need to check that it is working before I get an ISP.
