Bad service

I'm so not impressed by VUMASADV Whatsapp platform. I have been asking to be assisted with arranging a debit order but your stupid AI tells me i'm being directed to a consultant which no one ever replies to me until the following day. When I ask the consultant to be patient as I am also at work (by the way I am in the Customer Care Social Media department), they end chats before I get to respond and send rate my service stupid message. I want to be called and my account debited before 17:00 as I need access to my services. If I do not receive any response, I will cancel this stupid service as I don't understand why a company rendering services would not have any contact number for clients to call in and queries resolved with immediate effect.
