Bad ISP service

I'm so pisewd off of this service I just got a job got paid the 15th n made a payment due to I want to switch over to debit order. I then made a payment Monday due to my Monday was only in on monday.

Now my box show connected but no internet access n my password of the box also don't want to work.

This stupid lady I was chatting to told me that I made a payment for last month nbnot this month but my WiFi was off for last month n since wen do u pay after using the WiFi u must pay in advance so I need u guys to fox this or I'm taking this matter to he ombudsman coz I had enough know
