Bad customer service - Please refund me urgently

I am very disappointed with the guy named Sizo Thokozani khanyile who works for vumatel...He sold me lies that if I pay Vumatel today the 30th of Jan the installation will be today or tomorrow because I trusted what he told me I immediately paid SADV Vumatel. However I received a call from call center telling me I'm booked for Wednesday.How do I live with my children knowing there is no internet and I have to work from home without internet. I have lost interest as I was sold a lie and I'm not able to get hold of anyone to assist with my refund. I have sent everything to the lier Sizo and to your watsapp customer care line. I just need you guys to refund me my money. I am not waiting for 3 months to get refunded. Let's be respectful towards each other.
