Bad customer service

My name is Nomathemba Sikhosana I have a problem with my internet connection since from yesterday and I tried to log a complain via WhatsApp but no help. Yesterday we had a load reduction when the electricity came back we couldn't connect till now and it's not the first time. At first the technician came to my house to check what might be the problem and recommended that my router must be replaced till today instead the concave back, so agin I can't connect and my sister is in the middle of her exams cause she is studying online. It's so hard to find assistance yhooo bad service i don't want to lie
