Bad customer service and misleading sales reps

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company, I wanted Wifi and made contact with the sales agents. I told him if it needs to be done underground I don't want it he said there is air something I proceeded and paid, installation company called and they told me it has to be underground I told them I can't do underground due to pavement being installed already I then requested refund this was in September. It's November now when I enquire nobody responds on their 084 number they using. I'm dissapointed I won't lie
