Bad customer service

I paid money on the 2nd of April for installation and i haven't recieved installation till today. They said it only takes 3 to 7 days business days to install and its long over those days. When i speak to their agent they lie everyday saying their technicians wiil come and they dont come. Yesterday i got a call from them saying i should stay home because their technicians are coming to install and they never came. Bad customer service.
