Bad Customer Service

Customer service is non-existent. SADV do not respond to queries, tickets or emails. Good luck trying to reach them via their contact number, you will be placed on hold for about an hour. I've been trying to cancel my service with then for 2 weeks, no response from them. Its HORRIBLE
