The worst customer service then on hold for an hour. Have logged more than 10 tickets with them and they do not return back with feedback via email. They are the worst service providers and no absolutely nothing about customer care. Cant even login to their portal. I work from home and they do not care yet the bill every you monthly. I regret the day I contracted with them and leaving Rain.
