I had made an application for wifi router and payment was made , i was later advised that the services have been activated , but i no intsllation was done . I was advised that there is an active line in the back room . I requested for a second line , i was advised that the line will be added and the funds will be transfered to the second line , i see that the second line was added but the funds were not credited therefore i keep recieving sms's to make payment .
