Awful fibre provider!

I am extremely disappointed with SADV's service! The fibre in our complex was said to be done 5 months ago and is still not finished. Even after installation we are still waiting months for the ONT to be installed. Each time I call I get an additional 2 weeks time estimate. From what I see in other reviews is that they make all sorts of promises but do not deliver! Even after we've been informed that the complex fibre is "live", I've still been waiting for 6 week now and have not even received a call to schedule the installation.
