Avoid SADV: The Worst Fibre Service Experience!

SADV's service is beyond unacceptable. They disconnected my fibre connection because they failed to deduct my monthly payment. After I paid through their link, my connection still wasn’t restored. Repeated WhatsApp complaints were met with hours-long delays and empty promises. To add insult to injury, there’s no higher authority like WASPA to escalate my complaint since SADV isn’t a member. Save yourself the frustration—never use SADV for fibre services. Their customer service is non-existent, and their incompetence is astonishing.
