Atrocious service received.
I have been disgusted by the service received from SADV. I am trying to get Fibre installed in my new home. When I phoned the SADV sales rep, she said they could pick up the address. I should contact Vox to arrange installation. 3 weeks later... Guess what? They can't find my address and now for the past 3 weeks, Vox has been waiting for a reply from SADV, which they never get BTW.... Atrocious bad service. And I nees to earn a living. Sickening. Never ever use SADV / Vox Combination for internet installations.
