Atrocious service!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS - I WOULD! Absolutely the worst ISP I have ever experienced.

They say they are available 24/7 - LIES. They say I can use the self-service portal - PATHETIC. Calling the call centre - SAVE YOUR AIRTIME. You will wait, and wait and wait. They say you can leave a message ad they will call you back after leaving a message - No call back. PLEASE do yourself a favour save yourself headache and misery and find another ISP.
