Appalling service by far

The worst service I have received by far. This company just collects money from us without sticking to their end of the bargain. The is absolutely no customer service. I'm waiting on their chatline 16 hours and not even 1 agent is on the line. I need the service for work purposes. Imagine what kind of service are we being sold here.
