Appalling service

I am yet again without service since Monday and this has been the issue every month since subsribing with SADV. There is no communication platform in this company. You wait on their chatline for days with no interaction. At the end of the month they do not forget to collect a full subsription fee. For all the days I have no connection I have to buy data so I can connect and work. The company has no shame in deducting people's money without providing the services.
