Appalling and non-existent customer service

Absolutely appalling and shocking service. Total lack of interest and customer srrvice, failure to address my problem and concerns surrounding it. I cannot reach them telephonically and all email correspondence is ognored. Strangely, when it entails payment issues, they are quick to respond. I have had a new router for months, and after receiving technical assistance at the time, it simply won't work at a higher WI-FI speed. I need someone with the technical expertise to do this at my home. They do not care. I pay R100 more for the same package as before. Losing patience and growing bitter over this matter.
