Annoyed

My mom installed Vuma yesterday at 8 am, we were told it would start working by today but nothing is happening. I have called Vumatel but I am told they can't assist only SADV can help but all their contacts are not going through. We want a refund because we paid but we are not getting any joy. CAN WE PLEASE GET A REFUND
