ANGRY ULTIMATE REVIEW (TRUST ME)

I am beyond furious! I am paying for three internet service providers right now: SADV, Hyper, and Herotel. SADV is the absolute worst. Let me start with the nightmare that is SADV. I've been using their service for two months and already can't stand it. Their customer service is a joke—you’ll be on hold for over TWO HOURS just to get a response! Their service goes offline more than it’s online—6+ times a day for more than 25 minutes each time. That adds up to being offline for over 150 minutes daily! How is this acceptable?

And don't even get me started on their payment system—you can't even use a different credit card without having to place a completely new order. Ridiculous!

On to Hyper—I've been with them for over a year. Compared to SADV, Hyper is a godsend. Yes, they do cut your internet occasionally, but nowhere near as frequently as SADV. Plus, when you contact them, they respond within two minutes. That’s how it should be done!

Then there's Herotel—the absolute best on my list. Their downtime is way less than both SADV and Hyper, and their contact center is just as responsive as Hyper's.

I do not hate SADV, but I am done giving them chances. I always tell the truth in my reviews, which is why people trust them. I understand that downtime happens, but SADV cuts off your line more than they keep you online. I sincerely hope they change their management soon because people losing their jobs over such incompetence is tragic.

As of 05/11/2024, SADV is the WORST service provider on my list. DO NOT use SADV unless they make drastic improvements!
