Amazing Service and going the extra mile.

I would like to express my appreciation to SADV especially to Matumelo, Florence and Thuso, these individuals have been nothing short of amazing, I had an issue with my previous ISP and couldn't place and order with Vuma, as per feedback I was told SADV was responsible for this and after lodging my complaint Matumelo called me to sort my issue out, she explained to me that the issue is NOT with SADV and what my ISP should do and after that interaction I decided to change ISP's to SADV and man was I not blown away by the service and constant feedback with the progress of my order and how they sorted out my issue with Vuma. Today my services were activated and I now have internet access thanks to the dedication and efficiency of SADV. After my line was activated, Thuso and Florence called me to check if all was in order and if I needed assistance with anything. Wow guys, wow I would like to say high 5 guys, you guys are amazing, keep up this awesome service.
