I got ahold of an agent with the facebook name 'Tumelo Pro Kolotsi' and instead of assisting me, he asked 'what's in it for me?' CLEARLY INSINUATING ***UAL FAVOURS. I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS ISP, their throttling, and their thirsty, u trained agents. I'm taking this matter further legally
