Activation issues

I have paid for installation on Wednesday and they came to install on Friday even today is Monday I still don’t have connection they say it has to be on for activation am still waiting for activation even today.. worst part you only communicate with robots you can’t call to talk to agents.. their number is in voicemail.. at this moment I don’t know if I will get activation or not or.. and I work from home I rely on internet
