About to breach 14days SLA on line installation

Guess who is about yo breach their SLA to deliver in 14 workings days. Mweb gave you the instruction, which you confirmed in an email, om the 17th of Feb. Seems like you have a massive backlog becuase you keep pushing HelloPeter and Google Review complaints forward. Maybe this complaint will make you honour your SLA for once.

As stated, you got the notice from Mweb on 17/2/2020, to date I have had no communication from your company. The line is installed I just need the damn blackbox (or whatever it is called) so a competent service providor, Mweb, can do the rest. I honestly see dark days ahead if there are line troubles etc. I will appeal to my Body Corporate and whomever else I need to to get you out and OpenServe in.

How is a company with a record like yours still in business in this day and age? Seriously. All complaints relate to non-delivery or lack of communication... How hard can it be to get those two things right?
