A DOGGY INTERNET PROVIDER (SADV)

I'm an elderly woman of 67 years who is not fit to move around and I've had a bad experience with SADV (ISP) who promised me a fibre line for my home amd only received it 33 days later. A mistake was made during my registration with an address number 51 instead of number 55. Till today, they are unable to change my address and when I paid, payme t was made to that house number.

Their agents keep sending sms of due payments when I've not received any internet service.

A gentleman from SADV management called to reassure me of ny installation and activation but realised a day later that he ****. I've been trying to get hold of them and have now learnt that I'm not registered with them.

I asked one of their agents how they came to make an installation and active my line and he could'nt give me a straight answer.

I've paid this ISP and have all my documentation in order. Can somebody out there please assist me with SADV to give me my internet service.
