I am so disappointed at this Vuma network ,Vuma debited my acc on the 5 October, and I moved(relocated)on the 7th October,I called them an they said they will reroute the payment to my new address,On the 8 October they came at my new address and installed a new router an told me that it wil be activated the same day as I payed already, even 2day it has not been activated, 2day they tried to debit again...I'm so angry because I payed for their services yet I can't use them...
