2nd crash in 1 week

2nd review for Supsonic fibre. A dismal company who cannot live up to their promises. I joined two weeks ago and first day on WiFi national outage. Yesterday after loadshedding no service. I used there different portals and quickest reply took 90 mins and they blamed MTN. I need to talk to Carte Blanche and Dezi on tv4 to investigate this company. Their attitude is always apologizing and no improvement. Basically I want my contract cancelled and my money refunded and they can collect their router. 2 weeks service of which the company the day before I left for Cape Town and then when I got back took over 3 hrs to get connected and then not even 7 days later I have the same issue connectivity. Give back the money and take your router
