10 month cancellation notice

17 Feb 2023, email request was sent by telephone call to wich no response was ever received to date. Line started aggressively buffering every two seconds. Thus iv been trying to make contact telephoniclly (all numbers are out of service), reached out on there whatsapp (no responses), tried their facebook messenger ( to which they also never rep****). Upon contacting vuma and explaining my situation to them of not being able to get in touch with this SP. SADV finally came online on their platforms out of nowhere and even called me back from an 087 number to which you can't return the call to confirm to me telephonically that they were going to immediately cancel my line and respond with confirmation to my cancelation request going back to Feb 2023. However this action was not completed yesterday as advised telephinically and this morning I was told that they were now going to cancel on 02 Dec 2023 and also confirming and incorrect address linked to my I.D number.
