Worst service from SABC TV License
Worst service ever from SABC, bunch of idiots. i informed them I no longer have a TV and wish to cancel my tv license. They asked that i complete an affidavit, which they provide. I did that and submitted back to them before settling the last invoice on my tv license. The following year, I was asked to pay tv license. I forwarded them all the documents they request but the emails just go unread and no replies are ever sent by SABC. I am still struggling to contact them to have my *** removed from their system.

I paid my TV license through www.tvlic.co.za using my email account ***. I got a reference number from Nedbank saying the license was paid. Now SABC says it hasn't been paid and want to handle me over to a credit bureau. I asked them through WhatsApp to phone me, but they have not contacted me. It is worth noting that when I logged into the system, it says says my account status is invalid. I have paid my TV license and don't see why I should have to pay again. Please contact me to sort this out. Your WhatsApp system is not working for me. You do not contact me at the agreed time. I have agreed twice for you to phone me, but no one phoned me.

There are millions of tv sold by foreigners in south africa. Sabc how are you going to recover your tv license money from those who own them. Now you sending threats to South Africans stating you going to recover your money tracking us. Not my fault you could not run sabc properly

SABC: Our Broadcasting Corporation at its Worst
I have been attempting for more than a decade to explain, with documented evidence to the SABC TV License department and their portfolio of debt collectors that I do not owe them money of any kind. Regardless of assurances that it will be "escalated" and "addressed" they continue their campaign of harassment and ************ that re-surface every couple of months. They refuse to acknowledge their error in writing.

I cannot understand why sabc license come after all these years to pay. There are people who buy TV sets without a TV license at my friend's shop. It's not my fault that the sabc was run to the ground by board members for years

I have paid my tv licence on the 28th of September 2026 through the link I was sent by NuDebt on behalf of SABC tv licence, my account has not been cleared, I have called NuDebt so my times and I did not get any help, I have called sabc tv licence they always not picking up, I have emailed both companies and still no reply.
