Worst service from SABC TV License

Worst service ever from SABC, bunch of idiots. i informed them I no longer have a TV and wish to cancel my tv license. They asked that i complete an affidavit, which they provide. I did that and submitted back to them before settling the last invoice on my tv license. The following year, I was asked to pay tv license. I forwarded them all the documents they request but the emails just go unread and no replies are ever sent by SABC. I am still struggling to contact them to have my *** removed from their system.
