Stay AWAY from SA WiFi, they are a ****!

I have never seen such an appalling and unprofessional company. It is actually a disgrace if not a ****. This is the only service provider I know without a Customer Service department. You have to wait days when you're experiencing system issues, only to get an automated response on WhatsApp sending you a link to log a query. I have been without WiFi for 2 weeks and I fully paid. They have since stopped responding at all, their WhatsApp numbers are no longer going through. Stay as far away from this **** as possible, I regret signing up with them. If I could give you Zero starts I would, what a shame!
