Poor service delivery

Their service is really slow and pathetic..payment is made on the 25th of every month and proof is provided. Then after 3 days the wifi is off and there is no communication. You spend hours sending whatsapp messages to the Support team and no one responds. This really inconveniences a person as I work from home and I need to make alternative arrangements. They don't even reimburse you for when you had no connections. There are times when we have no connection for an entire week and yet they expect full payment. I would never recommend them to anyone.
