New App Doesn't work and false advertising
Downloaded the new app, got stuck on saying it was preparing my order, drove through to the store to see if it came through and they were already done and cold. Also please remove the sign on the Stellenbosch CBD Romans roof that says "we deliver" the **** you don't, haven't in years and there is always issues with your apps.

Victomized at Romans Pizza
I have never felt more victimiced the way I felt yesterday at Romans Pizza Waterkloof, located in Cliff avenue, Waterkloof ridge. I orderd a meaty pizza, and a 3cheeses pizza pie. I got my order, but when I was driving home, I smelled that something was not right. When I opend the meaty pizza, the cheese didn't even coverd 3/4 of the pizza. The mince on there was dry as well as the lumps of ham. I immediatly turend around at took it back. I was not being rude, just asked them to please rather give me a pepperoni pizza instead. The girl behind the counter called someone to have a look at the pizza. She showed him the dried out mince. The next moment everybody in the store, and it was between 12 to 15 people stoped and stared at me like I was thier biggest enemy. I was the only customer in the shop and as a white lady I felt violated. I was at that stage scared for my life. The moment I told them I feel victimized they all had grins on thier faces. Theu gave me another pizza, but while I was sitting thier, still the only customer I was scared. I got my pizza, as I walked out the manager John and 2 other employees where standing outside. I said to him that I felt victimized he said he was sorry. But at one stage I actually had to say to him to stop looking what is in my car, and look at me! I spoke to Kidibone this morning from head office and she said she would come back to me. I haven't heard anything back from head office. They also didn't want to give me the owners number. I feel that it was a race issue, because I am a white women alone in the store they victimized me. All I know is that I have never been so scared in my life.

Can't order a pizza!!!! Don't deliver and don't take orders
Romance pizza need to look at there customer service. I tried for a half an hour to be put through to a specific shop. Call centre dropped my call a few times told me they can't put me through. Reason I want to order through the shop myself and not the call centre is that I order before through them and my order never got to me. Although it was confirmed that they put the order In the shop said they never recieved it. I have now installed the app it worked a few times now it does not I reversed me order and I could not order again. Now it is saying that I have to install a new app. The app does not want to install . So how do you want to do business. Finally someone at the call centre asked the manager of the specific store to call me someone called me I put on my order and then they tell me they don't deliver anymore I must phone Uber eats. Why is it so difficult to just order a pizza??? Do you want to do business romance???

I am just disappointed that ,I could have been treated with ABIT of respect. It's sad that these businesses get
Romans pizza kloof. I am very disappointed. A simple thing could not be resolved. I called in to voice my complaint and the manager was very rude to me. I will upload picture of my receipt. I am vegetarian and the menu was a bit misleading,I was in a rush and at the end of my order I asked if all is vegetarian before paying and the cashier says yes. I ordered a 'hot one ', I saw loaded vegetarian at the top thinking it's all in one section for vegetarian. But when I explained on the phone I do not eat beef as I am Hindu. The lady was rude. She ended my call and said she will talk to the boss and get back to me. I got no call back. I am utterly disappointed. Moral of the story if you heard me saying all vegetarian. The cashier could have corrected me as I was in a rush. And I'm not trying to be that person but unfortunately how I was treated verbally was appalling. I am talking to the manager and she says oh you picked that one so the cashier punched it in. I was there around 16:30pm ,order number ***.

Romans Pizza Sunninghill is terrible
Romans Pizza Sunninghill gave me the worst experience ever. We ordered at 17:48 and only got our order at 18:36 after I was already fighting with the staff for being so slow. Worst of all they didn't even give us our 2L drink that we paid for and the number on the front of the shop that is supposedly for the manager doesn't even work. It goes straight to voicemail. I've never experienced such horrible service in my life. I definitely give them a zero rating!

Romans Pizza Sunninghill is terrible
Romans Pizza Sunninghill gave me the worst experience ever. We ordered at 17:48 and only got our order at 18:36 after I was already fighting with the staff for being so slow. Worst of all they didn't even give us our 2L drink that we paid for and the number on the front of the shop that is supposedly for the manager doesn't even work. It goes straight to voicemail. Bad Experience Roman's Pizza, LHP, Bloemfontein
Pizza was very oily, it made me feel sick. And the pizza was not thoroughly cut. I don't know if their pizza cutters needs to be sharpened or what is wrong. But I will never order from them again!
