Bad service
I am absolutely furious and writing this to demand a response regarding the utterly pathetic service I received from your Mayville branch tonight. This was, without a doubt, the single worst customer experience of my entire life. I placed an order telephonically at 18:51 (Order Nr: ***), and your cashier explicitly promised it would be delivered within 45 minutes. Instead, I was left waiting like a fool for over TWO FULL HOURS. The food only arrived at 21:00. This is a basic pizza delivery, not a five-course meal! To make matters worse, when I called the store to find out what was going on, your store manager had the absolute audacity to give me a hundred pathetic excuses instead of a real apology or an actual solution. The utter lack of professionalism and accountability is a complete joke. I am officially DONE. This was the absolute last time I will ever spend a single cent or order a single bite of food from Roman's Pizza again. You have completely lost a customer, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this garbage service. I expect a senior manager to contact me immediately to explain how this disaster was allowed to happen.

Poor service
I order pizza from them online.The online delivery time said 18:20.At 18:40 I phone them to be put on hold after 5 min a lady help me and sayed.The pizza is out for delivery.The pizza was delivered at 19:11.The pizza was ice cold. I am very disappointed with there service and will never order from the Mayville branch again.

Poor service

Poor poor poor product and service mayville mall Romans
If there were less than one star I would rick it. On 2026/06/06 18h57 I placed a order at the shop counter order nr 265. I ordered a Large Ham thin base and a sweet chicken thick base. After waiting 25 min for my order I asked them whats going on (just note that when I came into the store I was the only person there so they were not busy) they had a argument like type of discussion amongst themselves and all of a sudden my order nr pops up I get handed 2 boxes a Ham pizza with no topping on just a few blobs of cheese here and there I could see the tomato base inbetween this thing. The sweet chicken pizza looked like it was dehydrated being made the previous day and left inder the counter for some reason. I put the back of my hand on this pizza it was cold as ..... I then proceeded to tell them that I want a refund which was done. The lady that was in charge of the shift then came to check the pizza and she turned around with out even looking at me and asked the guy in the back what this was. im pretty shure she was disgusted with what se saw there and then. The guy in the back preping the pizza deliberatly tried to take a chance and tried to bull**** me because I asked earlier whats going on. His doing was intentionally. I expect that romans will discipline this person as per their regulation. Im reporting this on our local whatsapp groups and Facebook,you wil deal with the backlash from the community as we are a tight community in the area and are tired of sub standard service just ask chica chicken up in Paul Kruger str and the Fishaways (All closed down now) Romans pizza has till Tuesday 2026/06/09 morning to get back to me Re acton taken on their side before I post on other media platforms with pictures. A bit dissatisfied or disappointing in product?!, perhaps who knows?!,..
A great start to a delay and confusion as it was a uber pic up as many would not expect!! At first some confusion however some lady quickly took charge and experience was pain free as I explained a uber order but pic up!!, We ordered a large pizza with extras and couldn’t complain as alistair loves chilli and Doris the olive!!, geuthe more than happ with cheese and me the garlic breK absolutely awsome, tasty and warm!! However the Ohh schweet Belgian chocolate desert afair another story!!, for me a meal experience from start to end and all that expected was delivered than susess I guess!!! However expecting a Nutella kind of treat then getting a blob of some kinda white choc goo not cool!!, is Belgium choc not decadent?, have u ever seen a manufacturing country like that with chocolat?, unbelievable however tad disappointed after the 1st bite an no one in my famil would touch it!!, good work team, not you’re fault as our bosses forces us into something ********* and unexpected but keep going!!, gr8 team overall and 22 min max everyone and everything was ready to go thank you and well done, just sad they making us sell the donkey tail while it’s still alive!!?,.. Perhaps the franchise should reconsider dessert options as there are many of us with kids and sweet teeth demands however when a teen tells you ughh not good dad then perhaps you targeting the wrong market?!,..
