Poor poor poor product and service mayville mall Romans

If there were less than one star I would rick it.

On 2026/06/06 18h57 I placed a order at the shop counter order nr 265. I ordered a Large Ham thin base and a sweet chicken thick base. After waiting 25 min for my order I asked them whats going on (just note that when I came into the store I was the only person there so they were not busy) they had a argument like type of discussion amongst themselves and all of a sudden my order nr pops up I get handed 2 boxes a Ham pizza with no topping on just a few blobs of cheese here and there I could see the tomato base inbetween this thing. The sweet chicken pizza looked like it was dehydrated being made the previous day and left inder the counter for some reason. I put the back of my hand on this pizza it was cold as ..... I then proceeded to tell them that I want a refund which was done. The lady that was in charge of the shift then came to check the pizza and she turned around with out even looking at me and asked the guy in the back what this was. im pretty shure she was disgusted with what se saw there and then.

The guy in the back preping the pizza deliberatly tried to take a chance and tried to bull**** me because I asked earlier whats going on. His doing was intentionally.

I expect that romans will discipline this person as per their regulation.

Im reporting this on our local whatsapp groups and Facebook,you wil deal with the backlash from the community as we are a tight community in the area and are tired of sub standard service just ask chica chicken up in Paul Kruger str and the Fishaways (All closed down now)

Romans pizza has till Tuesday 2026/06/09 morning to get back to me Re acton taken on their side before I post on other media platforms with pictures.
