Good service, support turn around could be better
The rocketnet team is great but support turn around time for basic issues can take a while after 5pm. The support team needs a bit of extra manpower. Not the same as what it used to be.

Incompetend with systems lacking a user flow
Just bought my house down the coast, and have been struggling to get wifi sorted. Although I understand the process is different down the coast in terms of who owns the lines and who is the service provider of the router etc. RocketNet is the worst I've EVER experienced. I'm working as a software technical lead and I've seen many systems good and bad in my life. But this process to get signed up with RocketNet and actually having them get my wifi sorting is the worst between their lack of communication and lack of system integration and process flow. I haven't even gotten the router and I already want to cancel with them which I can't even do because their system doesn't enable me to. Of course...

Don’t let the google reviews fool you. They are not as good anymore!!!!
I used to love this ISP but of late they have gone to sh** . Support does not answer on WhatsApp and after waiting a long and they finally answer, they end the chat without resolving the issue,maintaining that everything is fine even when it’s not. My internet has been on and off for days now. And all I’m told is I need to restart my router. And there is so many times one can restart their router before seeing they are being played for a fool
