Worst service provider

Rise telecoms is honestly the worst service provider for Wi-Fi. I just bought it online and my voucher is not working, I’m working from home tomorrow and spent money on Wi-Fi to remain connected. How does your voucher system work and why does it say open session limit reached if there no active users I just bought it. Please refund my money or rectify!!!
