Worst service ever!

At it again so my playstation which is new was connecting to the network all along all of a sudden on Monday its no longer connecting and When i connect with my phone as a hotspot it connects, have been taken from pillar to post my text are just been blue ticked, i think there's a prevention for PS not to connect to the network and no one is willing to help.
