unprofessional & useless chowbox ,slow network

I live in BRICKFIELDS Newtown, the network is so baaaaaaaaaaaaad its been like this for the past 2 years I have been here ,it reaches the limited sessions on its own, they now use a chatbox to log your query you always get ticket number +14000, meaning plus 14000 people are experiencing a problem with this network ,they do not attend to your query when you follow up they blue tick you until your voucher expirers ,very unprofessional & useless yet their slogan is "Rise Telecoms has been on a mission to provide a world-class internet experience to overlooked segments of the market for almost a decade.
