Traumatised client

This is the most traumatizing wifi service provider. Almost daily i fail to login due an error message that says open session limit reached ,u have to contact them to clear the error and sometimes they reapond after days ,today i logged in a query at 9am it's nw 18:45 i js bn blue ticked on their WhatsApp I had to make an emergency plan to write exams online Jalf the time it's t working will they b able to compensate all the time i loose after having bought a monthly voucher.
