Ticket unresolved, signal weak

The service from Rise has been extremely poor. I raised a ticket to reconnect the WiFi to my smart TV after it disconnected unexpectedly. I tried calling but no one answered, sent a WhatsApp message but was ignored, and emailed them but only received automated responses. The WiFi signal is weak, and the only advice they ever give is to forget the network and restart the device. Overall, the service has been terrible
