The Only Reason I'm Still a Customer — Mpho Mtsi Deserves the Crown

This 5-star is NOT for Rise — it’s for Mpho Mtsi, the ONLY person in that entire useless support team who actually gives a damn. I was left without internet for 4 damn days. I logged complaints, called, begged — nothing. No one cared. I even dragged myself to the Bryanston office, still nothing. Clueless and careless staff everywhere. Then came Mpho — the support manager — and within no time, she handled it like a boss. She’s the only reason I’m connected right now. If Rise had 10 more like her, this wouldn’t be such a circus. Promote her. Protect her. Let her run the whole damn support department — because the rest are a f***ing joke.
