Service has improved significantly

The last time I wrote a review it was pretty scathing. However, I will give credit where it is due. Ever since they revamped the way you have to log in a few months ago (moving from portal-based to simply logging in through your device settings) the service has been a million times better. I don't think I can recall any significant outages since then. The service is pretty reliable and I don't have any complaints I can actually think of right now
