Service Experience Feedback

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with your service.

Prior to being assisted, my experience was extremely frustrating. After paying for the premium package, I was left without access for three days and received no meaningful communication despite multiple attempts to reach out. At that point, I had decided that I wanted a refund due to the level of service I had encountered.

However, I would like to specifically acknowledge Lydia for her assistance. She handled the matter professionally and efficiently, and her support ultimately resolved the issue. My positive experience with her stands in clear contrast to the difficulties I faced beforehand.

While I appreciate Lydia’s help, I remain dissatisfied with the overall service and communication from the company. Based on this experience, I will continue using the service for the remainder of this month only, but I am not confident in committing beyond that.
