Risewifi not rising

I have paid for a monthly subscription to this network provider and I would like to put it out that it's the most horrible painful experience ever. I need this wifi for work and everyday it's a struggle to get a decent connection. Forever not in range not sure if i need to get to the top of the roof to get connection.
