Risetelecom terrible service

Such a terrible wifi service to begin with. The connection is weak and queries are never resolved or take aeons to be resolved. I have been waiting for over a month for my access point to be replaced and till today no action or response. I have to follow up and run after them for answers. If anyone has a choice do not use Risetelecoms services.
