Rise wifi bad connectivity

We recently started using rise wifi at The Fields and it is **********. It either connects in certain parts of the room, won't connect or works at particular times. as a student, i am struggling as i cannot submit assignments timeously, send emails or even have a decent voice call with my friends online. would not recommend.
