RISE TELECOMS - WiFi NON SERVICE

Firstly I do not think they deserve a rating at all. I only checked 1 Star to permit that I continue.

My experience with RISE TELECOMS unfortunately is completely unacceptable. Their so called "WIFI" service does not work. The service breaks down periodically causing one to need a back up service to complete tasks or purely going online. This all at an additional COST. NOT WHAT I EXPECT. I have recently checked the speed of Upload and Download a recorded readings of - 1.4 & 0.05. These should be around the 50 & 50 readings. Upon chatting to their office I was told that I should be using another gadget enabling me to use the 5G connection. Notwithstanding this, upon checking my computer on the neighbours RISE TELECOMS connection the readings both improved to the plus 30.00 's. I have tested their speed at various buildings and units and have found these to be sub standard. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THAT THEIR SERVICE IS UNSATISFACTORY AND I REGRET THE DECISION. THIS WILL WILL BE CANCELLED SOON.
